Enough space for 2 Kettlebells and 6 Dumbbells

Might not be an 'exact metric measurement' but we assure you that you have space for 2 pairs of shoes, clothes, grips, wrist wraps, knee sleeves (all Picsil of course), soaps and shampoos, a laptop and the beach towel (basically all your essentials). 

It’s equivalent to 40 litres of capacity.

The laptop pocket is sealed to prevent moisture penetration, the main pocket is big enough to carry almost anything and an additional bag for your sweaty stuff.
