Each plate is 450mm in diameter, meeting the IWF standard. They each utilise a stainless-steel insert and fit standard 50mm diameter bar sleeves.

The Performance range of plates is made from dense virgin rubber, which reduces the thickness of the bumper plate. Therefore, more weight can be loaded onto a bar – useful for squats and deadlifts. They also last much longer than your crumb rubber equivalents.
